Programs

-M.O.R.E Mothers™ Motherhood Together program serves over 175 women and children monthly through our free monthly distribution of diapers, wipes, hygiene essentials for Mom & baby, clothing, car seats, etc.

-M.O.R.E Mothers™ S.O.U.L Circle (Showing Ourselves Unconditional Love): A thoughtfully curated space designed for people to connect, share, and cultivate a nurturing and supportive community. Through guided conversation and a shared meal, we'll explore themes of self-love, empowerment, and growth.

-M.O.R.E Mothers™ x M.O.R.E Art program provides a safe, supportive space for youth to explore their creativity through activities like painting, drawing, photography, and more. Inclusive to all abilities, it fosters awareness, community building, and valuable life skills. Youth will leave inspired to pursue art or use it as a tool for therapy, self-expression, and wellness. The final showcase exhibit builds confidence and encourages them to share their voice with friends, family, and the community invited to support them.

-M.O.R.E Mothers™ Maternal Education and Resource Program (M.E.R.P) addresses reproductive health disparities among women of color and underserved communities in Long Beach. This 5-week program aims to improve birth outcomes, maternal health, and mental well-being for those most at risk. Through intimate, educational sessions, we ensure participants leave feeling better prepared for motherhood, armed with increased knowledge and essential training.

-Additionally, M.O.R.E Mothers™ provides monthly educational workshops on child safety, positive parenting, and self-care tools for Moms designed to improve health outcomes for families. Topics include car seat safety, infant CPR and choking prevention, sleep safety, and positive parenting. These workshops aim to equip parents with essential knowledge and tools to create safer, healthier environments for their young children.
