Through participation in the Long Beach Gives 2023 peer-to-peer fundraising campaign, Compassionate Artists will reach new supporters and interested others, and the lives of seniors in our Long Beach communities will be impacted in memorable and meaningful ways. This impact ripples out to positively impact caregivers, families, and community members well beyond the seniors directly enrolled in our programs.

Compassionate Artists keeps art in the lives of financially disadvantaged seniors by providing art, music and creative engagement for seniors. We give the participants an opportunity to express their creativity while increasing cognitive function and enjoying social interaction
