The Trauma Intervention Program (TIP) of Long Beach is a non-profit organization committed to providing immediate support to individuals emotionally traumatized in emergency situations. Our team consists of specially trained and carefully screened volunteers who are available around the clock, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Since 2021, TIP has proudly served the Long Beach community. Our volunteers are called to action by law enforcement, fire departments, and hospital personnel to assist victims, families, friends, witnesses, and bystanders, offering both emotional support and practical resources in the aftermath of a crisis.
