Donations support our programs at Orizaba Park.
We are working to partner with onsite groups at Orizaba Park to bring playful learning experiences to the park.
We are working to:
- Support the monthly 4th Saturday cleanup by adding activities around the cleanup.
- Start a train club at the park, so we can share the stories of the Pacific Electric Red Car.
- Host a LEGO training and build competition
- Add extended-day activities at the park during the week that focus on the offerings of Makersville and our Makers.
OUR 2024-2025 FOCUS
Rube Goldberg Competition, Day of Inventing, STEAM Parties, LEGO competitions, Train club, Practical Microfactory, Handmade Carnivals in addition to our regular classes and makerspace times.

ABOUT OUR MAKERS
Our presence at Orizaba Park will provide a location for our interns and our International Friendship Ambassador and Makerspace Ambassadors to share projects they have learned and developed.
These are low-cost and free Maker skills and Makerspace activities for families, particularly those with K-8 youth, those high school aged youth who are not yet Ambassadors and adults wishing to learn.
